This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, experienced and personable individual to join St John’s School.

This is a new and exciting position leading our PA/secretarial support in providing professional administrative services. We are seeking candidates with integrity, the ability to work on their own initiative and to prioritise effectively, whilst remaining calm under pressure.

This is a varied role at the centre of school life and you will provide a high level of administrative support to The Head including preparing correspondence, managing the Head’s diary as well as arranging and managing meetings, visits and events. The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work to deadlines whilst demonstrating a discrete and professional manner.
