St Andrew’s Prep is seeking a professional, organised and personable School Administrator to join our busy day and boarding school. This is a key front-facing role, providing a warm and efficient first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

St Andrew’s Prep is seeking a professional, organised and personable School Administrator to join our busy day and boarding school. This is a key front-facing role, providing a warm and efficient first point of contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

The main duties include welcoming visitors, answering and managing incoming telephone calls, and handling messages and requests promptly and professionally. The role also involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Nursery, Pre-Prep and Prep School.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a friendly, efficient manner and the ability to prioritise a varied and sometimes demanding workload.

This is a part-time role Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm term time only. An additional 5 weeks to be worked over the year in the holidays with a working pattern of 9am to 4pm with unpaid 30-minute lunch break. Total 39 working weeks.
