Sir William Perkins's School is seeking to appoint a Pastoral and Wellbeing Room Coordinator to manage our school’s dedicated Wellbeing Room. In this role, the selected candidate will cultivate a safe, inclusive, and restorative environment for all students, ensuring that their emotional and social needs are met with compassion. The post holder will also be a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and work collaboratively across the school community to uphold the highest standards of student care and safety.
Key responsibilities will include coordinating our professional counselling provision and providing essential administrative leadership to the wider pastoral team. The ideal candidate will champion student wellbeing and build strong relationships with students, staff and parents, requiring a blend of excellent organisational skills, care and empathy to create a truly supportive environment where every student can thrive.
