Mathematics is an extremely popular subject at the RGS with 80% of those in the Sixth Form taking one or two Mathematics A-levels. Consequently, pupils are "passionate, motivated and enthusiastic" (ISI Report 2022) throughout the school.

We are looking for a maths enthusiast to join us in September 2025 and inspire our boys who “display excellent attitudes to their learning” and demonstrate a “high degree of mutual respect between pupils and teachers” (ISI Inspection Report 2022).

You will have a passion for Mathematics and a desire to share this with pupils from the First Form (Year 7) through to the Sixth Form. As well as pure mathematics experts, we welcome applications from candidates with multi-disciplinary experience and the confidence to teach more than one subject such as Computer Science.
