Project Lead - East Kent Schools Together (EKST)
We are seeking a Project Lead to coordinate and develop EKST’s programme of collaborative projects, events and opportunities, maintaining momentum and engagement across all partner organisations.
30 hours per week, 38 weeks per year (state school term time)
East Kent Schools Together (EKST) is a unique and ambitious partnership of state and independent schools and universities, working collaboratively to raise aspirations and widen horizons for young people across East Kent.
We are seeking a Project Lead to coordinate and develop EKST’s programme of collaborative projects, events and opportunities, maintaining momentum and engagement across all partner organisations. You will work closely with the EKST Heads, Management and Finance Groups, reporting to the Chair of the Heads’ Group, and will play a central role in planning, delivery, evaluation and communication.
This is a varied, outward-facing role combining strategic project leadership with hands-on delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and reporting, developing and leading partnership initiatives, managing the EKST events calendar and budget, overseeing communications and social media, building external relationships, and securing funding through bids and grants.
The role would suit a highly organised self-starter with a background in education and/or project management, strong communication skills, and a passion for partnership working.
