Location: Cairo, Egypt

The Head of Nursery will lead the establishment, development, and day-to-day operation of the Nursery (ages 2–4) at The King’s School Canterbury Cairo. As a founding senior leader, the post-holder will shape the vision, culture, curriculum, and pastoral provision of the Nursery, ensuring alignment with King’s Canterbury values while responding sensitively to the local Egyptian and international context.

The successful candidate will work on the ground during the pre-opening phase, leading staff recruitment, curriculum and environment design, regulatory compliance, admissions launch, and parent engagement. During the Nursery’s stand-alone phase, the Head of Nursery will also contribute strategically to planning for the transition to a full K–12 school.

The role requires an outstanding Early Years leader with deep expertise in education for children aged 2–4, combined with the ability to build teams, establish culture, and lead confidently in an international start-up environment.
