We are seeking to appoint a Deputy Bursar (Estates) to assist the Bursar in the smooth and efficient operation of the school, with specific responsibility for the development and condition of the school estate, the management of contracts and for the line management of the Estates, Grounds and Maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills together with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines. They will have significant experience in the management of major infrastructure projects and substantial experience of leading and managing a large and complex estate. Proven administrative and financial abilities including experience of compiling and monitoring budgets is essential. A relevant qualification in building surveying or a related area is desirable.
