We are seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and support students across the Prep School (Reception to Year 8). Our teaching assistants are an integral part of our passionate team who are dedicated to supporting our pupils across all areas of the school.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support pupils in all subjects, ensuring they reach their full potential.
What We’re Looking For:
- A genuine interest in education and supporting children in their learning journey.
- Previous experience working with children, especially in an educational setting.
- A qualification in Childcare and Education is desirable.
- Willingness to undertake additional training to widen your skill-set.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to working with students of varying abilities.
- The ability to adapt to different subjects and learning needs, including our more able pupils.
- A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.

The role is initially on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2026. There are part-time and full-time positions available and this will be discussed further at interview.
