We are currently seeking to fill the position of Prep School Senco 0.6.

As Prep SENDCO, you will coordinate provision for pupils with SEND across the Prep School, working closely with teachers, support staff, families, and external agencies.

You will contribute to planning and reviewing support, lead small-group and specialist sessions, and ensure the effective implementation of Pupil Support Plans and Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).

The SENDCO will support SEND provision across the Prep School under the guidance of the SEND Director and Prep leadership team, contributing actively to whole school strategy and inclusive practice. They will lead and manage a small team of LSAs, ensuring their effective deployment and professional development. Working closely alongside class teachers, the SENDCO will help to embed high quality teaching and tailored support for pupils with a wide range of needs, promoting strong outcomes and an inclusive learning environment throughout the Prep School school strategy and inclusive practice.
