People Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our People Team! Calling upon your extensive experience in administration, your expertise will enable you to manage a number of key people-related activities at the same time, such as making pay changes on MyClifton, advertising new roles, ensuring a contract variation form is correct and is uploaded to Docusign for sign off, carrying out safer recruitment checks for successful candidates, and supporting the Senior Employee Relations Manager or HR Manager with any case work they are managing.
You will work with the HR Manager to ensure that any recruitment, contractual, employee relations, or safer recruitment related paperwork is accurately produced and provided in a timely manager. This may include offer letters, contracts of employment, contract variations, or letters relating to family leave.
You will support the People and Organisation team in maintaining our information and data systems including MyClifton (CIPHR), and our electronic and hard copy filing systems.
You will also support the Organisational Development team within the People team where needed, such as with the setting up of learning plans on MyClifton, providing data insights, or with inductions. You will be keen to support the wider team where possible as we seek to improve everything we do in order to ensure the best employee, candidate, and leaver experience we can. You will always look for how we can do things better, and will make recommendations for change, and implement any agreed changes.
The successful candidate will need to be able to start work at 8am during term time but we are open to discussing flexible working patterns with you. The FTE salary is £24,000 per annum.
