We are looking for a Future Guidance Officer to join City of London School. The successful candidate will provide administrative and logistical support to the Future Guidance department including, coordinating events, booking pupil meetings, maintaining pupil records and a contacts database, coordinating transcripts and other documentation associated with university admissions processes, and developing the careers website. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high level of IT skills and knowledge of the Unifrog platform is desirable (training will be provided if required). They will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and build strong working relationships with pupils and teachers.
