Development and Database Officer
We are currently seeking to fill the position of Development and Database Officer at City of London School for Girls.
Purpose of Post
The Database and Development Officer will play a vital role in supporting the school's fundraising and alumnae engagement by ensuring high-quality data management, accurate gift processing and excellent administrative support. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing the Raisers Edge/NXT database, recording philanthropic income, and enabling the Development team to work with insight and integrity. This is a role for someone who enjoys systems, finds satisfaction in detail, and believes in the power of data to tell stories anddrive change.
You'll be part of an ambitious and fast-paced external relations team, working closely with colleagues in fundraising, alumnae relations, communications, marketing and admissions. Individual giving, primarily from parents and alumnae, has increased tremendously at City over the past five years and were seeking a new team member whos passionate the way data drives change, helping a motivated team exceed ambitious targets as we aim squarely towards needs-blind admission. Your skills will help us level up year-on-year, opening Citys doors to more talented students who would otherwise be unable to study at our academic, egalitarian, unstuffy and exhilarating school.
This is a full-time, one-year fixed term contract. It is a Grade C role, with a starting salary of £38,080.
