Caterham School and Caterham Sport Centre are seeking to expand their coaching staff to deliver high-quality sports sessions to pupils across both the Prep and Senior School. This role will focus developing the technical and tactical knowledge of our pupils whilst fostering a love of physical activity.

This role will require coaches to take a school team on a Saturday during the term in which they specialise in the sport. For example, Lacrosse coaches will have to take a school team on Saturday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging training sessions and practices tailored to the needs of Caterham School Students

• Develop and implement age-appropriate strategies and skill development for

• Promote a healthy, active lifestyle.

• Monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and encouragement to enhance their athletic abilities.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and events, adhering to school policies.

Maintain sports equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use
