Learning Support Assistant (Fixed Term, Part Time)

Bancroft’s, one of the country’s leading co-educational day schools, are looking for a break and lunchtime Learning Support Assistant to work part-time on a fixed term contract from November 2024 until the 4th July 2025.

Required from November 2024- 4th July 2025.

The role requires an enthusiastic individual to support a pupil with SEND who has an EHCP. This support is required during morning break and at lunch time, in addition to two lessons a day, when the successful candidate may be required to support the pupil with maintaining focus and organising their classwork and homework. The candidate may also be asked to carry out administrative tasks for the Learning Support Department, such as photocopying and creating resources. The person appointed will work closely with the SENDCo (their line manager) and will display a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and integrity.

The working hours for this role would be Term Time only (34 weeks), Tuesday-Friday, 10:30am-14:00pm, 3.5 hours a day, 14 hours per week.

The salary range for this role is £9,900.00-£11,400.00 per annum, based upon qualifications and experience.
