Alleyn’s School is looking for a talented Hospitality & Events Manager to lead our Food & Beverage operations and help deliver exceptional experiences across our vibrant school community.

In this dynamic role, you’ll oversee all F&B activity across our commercial outlets, from our busy café to meetings, events and large‑scale functions. Working closely with our Event Delivery team, you’ll ensure every service runs smoothly and every guest feels well looked after.

You’ll manage a wide variety of operations, from high‑volume daily service and meeting refreshments to impressive gala dinners for up to 400 guests. We’re look for someone highly organised, hands‑on and calm under pressure, who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys the challenge of delivering outstanding hospitality.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position. Working hours are typically spread across five days out of seven, Monday to Sunday, between 7:00am and 10:00pm, and will require a flexible approach.
