Alleyn's School, based in Dulwich, South London, are seeking a Fees Accountant to oversee the fees function for Alleyn’s Senior and Junior Schools, as well as Alleyn’s Oakfield. The postholder will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of school fee processes, including billing, debt collection, liaison with parents on fee‑related matters, coordination with external funding bodies, and maintaining accurate General Ledger records and reconciliations for all fee‑related nominal codes.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant recognised by a CCAB professional accountancy body, or AAT‑qualified with strong technical accounting skills and excellent attention to detail. They will combine accuracy with empathy, working confidently and professionally with parents, colleagues and external partners. A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage a varied workload in a busy school environment are essential.

This is a full‑time, year‑round position. Working hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
